Katie McGuire, a veteran Senior Escrow Officer, and our branch Manager, has been working in the escrow industry for over 45 years, as an escrow officer and manager for 40 years. Katie’s expertise includes all manner of escrow transactions, including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, land sale contracts, residential, commercial real estate, etc. With her vast experience, she’s often called upon as an industry “expert”, and takes personal pride in sharing her knowledge with her real estate agent partners, Buyers, Sellers, etc. Katie, and her escrow partner, Phoebe Browne, have been working together for over 15 years, establishing themselves as the “go to” escrow team on the Westside. Katie is also an avid animal lover, rescuing, fostering, and volunteering her time over many years. Jillian enjoys familiarizing herself with the constant changes to the escrow/title, real estate contract, and disclosure and compliance process in the exciting world of real estate! "I believe it's essential for a professional like myself to stay informed in regards to new technology and the constant changing contract and compliance requirements in the [real estate] industry", she says. "I enjoy passing on that knowledge to my agents and lenders."

Jillian has worked in the real estate industry since 2003, taking on various roles. In addition to working as an Escrow Officer, she has also served as a transaction coordinator, compliance director for various real estate brokerages, title assistant, and training specialist. However, over the years, she has realized that her true calling is within the Escrow industry and is currently overseeing escrow operations as the Branch Manager for Ticor Title (Escrow Division) in La Quinta, CA, in addition to working her escrow files.

Jillian's amazing memory and attention to detail gives her clients a professional polish. Her excellent organizational skills helps create smooth and hassle free transactions, allowing her the ability to work a high volume in regards to the the number of escrows she can manage at one time. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys hiking, jogging, creating scrapbooks, and spending time with her husband and their four children.

Beverly Sheldon has worked in the escrow industry for over 23 years. Her early years at Bank of America taught her that customer service is a priority. Beverly feels that her experience in banking, lending, sales, and management, has provided her with the tools necessary to achieve superior customer service. She achieves this with excellent communication and organizational skills throughout the escrow process.
