Katie McGuire

Katie McGuire, a veteran Senior Escrow Officer, and our branch Manager, has been working in the escrow industry for over 45 years, as an escrow officer and manager for 40 years.  Katie’s expertise includes all manner of escrow transactions, including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, land sale contracts, residential, commercial real estate, etc.  With her vast experience, she’s often called upon as an industry “expert”, and takes personal pride in sharing her knowledge with her real estate agent partners, Buyers, Sellers, etc.  Katie, and her escrow partner, Phoebe Browne, have been working together for over 15 years, establishing themselves as the “go to” escrow team on the Westside. Katie is also an avid animal lover, rescuing, fostering, and volunteering her time over many years. Beverly Sheldon

Beverly Sheldon has worked in the escrow industry for over 23 years. Her early years at Bank of America taught her that customer service is a priority. Beverly feels that her experience in banking, lending, sales, and management, has provided her with the tools necessary to achieve superior customer service. She achieves this with excellent communication and organizational skills throughout the escrow process.
